About Me

Hi! My name is Christina DeMeo. I am a native New Yorker, and am a recent graduate of Stony Brook University, where I earned my BA in English Literature and Sociology. I am passionate about all things copywriting and editing, and gained many years of experience in both fields during my college years. I was copyeditor for Stony Brook University's newspaper The Statesman, and a writing tutor where I collaborated with students to make their papers stronger. I was a staff writer for The Humanology Project, a mental health publication, and later worked as a social media writer and intern. The latter allowed me to use my creativeness to make social media posts for the English Department, and even contribute to the department  blog. I became a freelance writer for Screen Rant, where I wrote articles on a wide variety of movies and television series. Here I learned the basics of Google Analytics and SEO.
